I spent my childhood crawling between the West Coast and the bible belt, observing life everywhere from city slums to the southern backwoods. My writing primarily explores identity, isolation, Queerness, and religion. My work spans fiction and non-fiction, delving into the lives of creatives and outsiders real and imagined. I’m inspired by Jungian analysis, hair metal beauty standards, and my beloved pet hamster. I’m now settled on the West Coast.
